01 / RightsThe right to build
For as long as you lawfully hold a JINXAT Genesis NFT, you control commercial use of its complete Licensed Artwork as a unique NFT identity. Display, reproduce, publish, adapt, and create work for brands, products, merchandise, media, stories, games, and advertising. There is no revenue cap, case-by-case approval requirement, or JINXAT share of revenue merely because you use your artwork commercially.
02 / RightsExclusive identity, shared universe
Character, Auspice, Collar, Shade, Jinx, and Flex are shared, non-exclusive JINXAT intellectual property, individually and in partial combinations. Your exclusivity covers their complete six-trait configuration as it appears together in your NFT artwork. Others may use shared elements in different combinations, but may not commercially exploit or materially recreate your identical complete NFT identity without your authorization, subject to the transition terms below.
03 / RightsCreate with collaborators
You may authorize contractors, manufacturers, distributors, publishers, and other partners to use your Licensed Artwork only as needed for work on your behalf. That permission gives them no independent ownership or continuing right. Original creative elements added to a derivative work belong to their creator; JINXAT retains its underlying IP. A later NFT holder does not automatically acquire a former holder’s original additions.
04 / RightsRights move with the NFT
Your rights begin when you lawfully acquire the NFT and pass automatically to its next lawful holder when you transfer it. No separate assignment or JINXAT approval is needed. On-chain ownership is the reference, while theft, fraud, unauthorized transfers, and lawful-ownership disputes remain subject to applicable law. The transfer does not duplicate commercial rights.
05 / RightsA clear 60-day handover
A former holder must stop all new commercial use and production immediately upon transfer. Commercial works lawfully created or published before transfer, and tangible inventory fully produced before transfer, may be commercially used or sold for up to 60 calendar days from the Ethereum transfer. No new batches may be produced. After that period, monetization must stop across channels under the former holder’s control; existing published works may remain only on a non-commercial basis. Former-holder sublicenses and production permissions end no later than the same deadline.
06 / RightsWhat JINXAT retains
JINXAT retains its name, logo, trademarks, branding, characters, character designs, traits, shared assets, lore, universe, Almost, Backfire, Mishap, Compage, and other collection-wide IP. JINXAT may use the artwork for collection promotion, catalogues, archives, documentation, exhibitions, and editorial or historical reference. It may create new combinations of shared IP, but will not commercially exploit or license the identical complete six-trait artwork as a standalone asset while your rights are active, apart from those reserved collection uses.
07 / RightsHonest attribution and public use
You may truthfully name your NFT as JINXAT Genesis and reference its Token ID, but may not imply official JINXAT production, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement. The license does not permit fraud, deception, impersonation, third-party infringement, or unlawful activity. Others may share or reference artwork for commentary, editorial, social, archival, and non-commercial fan activity without claiming ownership, commercial authorization, or official endorsement. Public visibility alone grants no commercial rights.
08 / RightsProtection across ownership
If a former holder commercially exploits the artwork beyond the permitted transition, the current holder may seek remedies available under applicable law. Such disputes belong to the parties involved; JINXAT need not act as mediator or enforcement agent. This canonical license is the sole official statement of these IP rights and holder-to-holder obligations. Website explanations cannot replace or retroactively reduce it, and a successor owner of JINXAT IP remains subject to rights already granted.
